Dr. Namuo earned a Ph.D. in Higher Education Strategy from the University of Arizona’s Center for the Study of Higher Education where his published dissertation research focused on the impact of reduced financial resources on the strategic positioning of community colleges.
He has been the featured or keynote speaker at a number of events on topics including technology, leadership, and community college strategy.
Dr. Namuo's current area of research and consultancy focuses on the impact of reduced financial resources (specifically state allocations) on the strategic direction of community colleges.
His new book titled "Community College Strategy: The Innovative Leader's Handbook" was published on September 22, 2014 by Norlights Press.
